Cantook Station - Contains French fiction and non-fiction ebooks. Use the catalogue to search for your favourite French books. Use the filters on the left-hand side of the catalogue to filter books that match your age group and interests.

cloudLibrary - An online library of ebooks and eaudiobooks that can be downloaded to your device and enjoyed offline. cloudLibrary has a great collection of new releases for your favourite fiction series and popular classics including graphic novels and up-to-date non-fiction for school-age children. Use the “Available Now” filter to find books you can start reading or listening to today. Download the app from iTunes or Google Play.

hoopla - Contains movies, television, music, books and more. Make sure you turn on hoopla Kids Mode - a kid friendly setting for finding music, video, ebooks and eaudiobooks perfect for school age children. Includes popular picture books like Pigeon Finds a Hog Dog and Pete the Cat! Download the app from iTunes and Google Play!

NoveList K-8 Plus - Wondering what to read next? Novelist K-8 is like having a librarian in your back pocket. Check out the recommended reading lists by genre, appeal, and mood. Find that next great series to keep you reading.

KidSpeak via Transparent Language - Broaden young learners' horizons with KidSpeak. They'll work their way through fun and engaging activities with their cartoon "friend" and his or her playful pet. Note: This feature is not available for all languages. Try the app from iTunes and Google Play.

MasterFILE Premier - An indexed database of reference books, photos and maps covering a wide range of academic topics.

Primary Search - A research database tailored for elementary school students. Contains an encyclopedia, magazines, pictures, and video.

Creativebug - Enjoy unlimited access to thousands of online art and craft classes. Watch high-quality classes anytime, anywhere. Kanopy Kids - Check out the storytime area for animated picture books aimed at school age children. There are also curriculum-related videos on science and math concepts, history lessons, and language lessons.

LinkedIn Learning (previously Lynda.com) - LinkedIn Learning offers thousands of courses via individual instructional videos available on topics covering business, technology and creative fields. Maclean's Magazine Archive - an extensive collection of the prominent Canadian weekly news magazine dating back to its first issue in 1905 through 2015, presented in a comprehensive cover-to-cover format. Published weekly, the magazine has focused on conveying to a broad audience both domestic and international news and analysis on a spectrum of subjects.
