All Guelph Public Library branches offer scanning, printing and copying services in black and white and colour.

Wireless printing instructions

You can print a document or web page from any internet connected PC, Mac, mobile phone, tablet or device to our library printers.

Visit Cloud Printing.
Click on the “Upload a Document” button to upload your document.
Enter a Release ID. Your Release ID is used to uniquely identify your print job and will be used to get your document at the print release station.
Upload a document, drag and drop the file, or enter a website URL address.
Select Additional Settings (optional) to print in colour, specific pages, or duplex (double-sided printing). The default is black and white.
Click the Submit button.
Click OK.
Visit to a print release station at any Guelph Public Library location. Enter your Release ID, select your job then follow prompts to pay and release your job.

Submit your prints using the wireless cloud printing application.
*Please be advised that our main branch location only offers single sided printing from the wireless cloud printing service, all other locations provide duplex and single side options.
Visit any library location to pick up your prints (within 24 hours after submitting).
Enter the release ID you used to submit your prints at the print-release station.
Pay for your prints using the coin machine. You can also pay with cash, debit or credit at the service desk.

Note: Any printing sent through our wireless printing services must be picked up within 24 hours of when the job was submitted.
