Comic Con vendor application form

The Guelph Public Library Comic Con takes place at the Main Branch (100 Norfolk St., Guelph, ON) on July 18, 2026. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.. Vendors can begin setup at 9:00 a.m..

Vendor information

  • June 1, 2026 is the last day to submit a vendor application.
  • One (1) table with chairs will be provided for each vendor.
  • There is no vendor booth cost.
  • Tables may be located on the main level or second floor of the library.
  • Spaces with electrical outlets are limited and not guaranteed. Please indicate if you require one in the form below.
  • Vendor applications will be selected by library staff.
